Jessica Chang Irish is an Emmy-award winning news reporter turned public speaking coach who works with business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, corporate teams, and other professionals to develop skills and confidence in public and on-camera speaking. She has more than a decade of experience in TV news reporting and producing, plus ten years of experience in marketing and outreach for universities and nonprofit organizations. Since founding her consulting and coaching business in 2015, she has helped hundreds of professionals and students become more confident speakers.

During her broadcast journalism career, Jessica had the opportunity to live and work in the San Diego, California; Norfolk, Virginia; and Midland, Texas markets. While in San Diego, she earned four regional Emmy awards and two Golden Mike awards. Jessica graduated from the University of Southern California with a BA in broadcast journalism and a minor in business administration.
